What is my role?
As a Multi-skilled Events Assistant, you will be the central and privileged contact in charge of the customer experience: before, during and after the visits.
Based in Colombes, under the responsibility of the EBC Director (Executive Briefing Center), you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and external suppliers.
What am I responsible for?
- Managing client/partner visits and events: including planning, allocating and setting up meeting rooms (catering, supplies, goodies) and coordinating internal and external speakers.
- Administrative management: quotations and purchase requests, management of the visit interface on SalesForce.com and in the Outlook calendar
- Venue management: signage, security and maintenance, refurbishment of meeting rooms and lounge.
Am I the right person for this job?
You define yourself as serious, punctual and enjoy organisation (coordination and planning).
You have good interpersonal and customer service skills and are able to handle emergencies and take initiative.
You have excellent written and oral skills in French and English (other languages are an advantage).
You have a good knowledge of the Office suite and SalesForce.com.
With 3 years of experience in customer care, you are looking for new challenges in a dynamic and international environment. Knowledge of the telecommunication and IT world is an advantage.
