Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Based in: Toulouse, France.
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

Your mission

Design and development of the Testia Commercial Team:

* Develop benchmarking analysis about competitors, including positioning, value offer, prices, technical comparison, etc

* Conduct market research to find answers about consumer pain-points, requirements, and trends for different industrial sectors and subsectors

* Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

* Collaborate with marketing and other teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

* Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinars, etc.)

* Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

* Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Your skills
* Min 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing

* Degree in marketing, commercial or similar

* Language skills: negotiation level in English

* Additional languages skills like French, Spanish and/or German beneficial

* Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods

* Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

* Technical understanding

* Ability to influence and lead non hierarchical teams

* Well-organized and detail oriented

* Exceptional communication and writing skills

* Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

* Capable to deliver to deadlines

* Proactive, problem solving and assertive skills

* Communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership

* Proficiency in computer applications, like Google Workspace and ERP systems (eg SageX3)
