We are looking for high-performing and energetic Sales Manager working with Airlines and MROs to join our team in Toulouse, France.

As SABENA TECHNICS BGC sales representative, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. You will be responsible for boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Your role / Responsibilities:

* Promote SABENA TECHNICS BGC Air Transport Services addressing or predicting existing and new clients' objectives/needs
* Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
* Developing and implementing new sales initiatives to capture new leads
* Building positive relationships with key contacts among customers
* Scheduling regular meetings with customers to ensure their satisfaction
* Managing technical and commercial answers to the Airline Request for Proposal in due time
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
* Setting up Face to Face meeting for Offer presentation
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, management) to address customers' needs
* Ensuring company's recognition by establishing strong networks; participating in professional events
* Studying competition to find new ways to retain customers
* Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
* Providing regular reporting of leads and sales success to superiors and exchange with colleagues concerned
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
* Addressing potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in alignment with sales objectives
* Preparing presentations (Powerpoint) and other means of external communications.
* Travel on a bi-monthly basis to visit customers
