An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprenticeship in IT Sustainability (h/f) (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Hélicopters on Marignane site, near Marseille.


You will join the digital workplace department who is in charge of developing and implementing strategies to make our organization more environmentally friendly, valuing people and enabling prosperity.

This apprenticeship will consist in promoting sustainability in all the organization, support the skilling up of the whole team and lead the action plan defined.


This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 3 years.


This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

* Support the definition and implementation of the IM Sustainability strategy, including the improvement and reporting of KPIs.

* Define a roadmap, action plan, and ensure its execution, while being involved in operational meetings at both Group and team levels.

* Act as the expert in Sustainability within the IM team, fostering exchange and awareness through various initiatives such as workshops and sessions.

* Promote Green IT and Ecodesign approaches, define best practices, and support team skill development in sustainability topics and competencies.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC+ 3 level training in the field of computer science, information technology or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.


You have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong interest in ecology and sustainability is essential.

* Basic understanding of Information Management organization.

* Effective communication skills, including adaptability to various audiences and stakeholders..

* Focus on delivering quality while striving for simplicity is appreciated.

Language skills:
English: negotiation
French: advanced
